That's very good that you're giving yourself a realistic time frame to accomplish your goals. I would suggest first of all to start an aerobic training program. Everyone has time to at least set a half-hour aside for exercise, so I think even with your busy schedule it should be possible. Next, start watching your diet, but just make sure what you are doing is HEALTHY. Don't get discouraged, and remember that your changes should be gradual. No one is expecting you to out there right away and run five miles while simultaneously altering your diet drastically! If you can just make a few changes for the better every once in a while, come August I think you will be quite satisfied.
References :
How to lose weight free and around a schedule of junior in high school and a part time job, by next August?
I am 16 years old and I am over 200 pounds, and 5'6", I want to be at least 160 or so by the begining of my senior year. I realy don't have that much of extra time with homework and work, along with everything I have to do at home. I just want to be smaller than I am but not going to the extreme to lose it.
