Healthy Way To Lose Weight With Starving Yourself

The world is getting larger and larger, and I am not talking about the circumference of the planet. Many people have a weight problem, and it is becoming almost an epidemic health issue. There have been so many diets and exercise plans that have failed for so many people, myself included, that one begins to wonder if there is truly a healthy way to lose weight. If you’re really serious about this endeavor, you have to put the gimmicks aside and do it the old-fashioned way.

If you want a healthy way to lose weight, you have to visit your doctor. You should first rule out any medical conditions that you may have, and ask your doctor for advice specific to your medical history. There are some conditions that make it harder to lose, and if you have one of these conditions it is important that you know before you begin any diet. There will be no healthy way to lose weight if you don’t know what you’re up against.

For example, if you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, or any other related medical condition, you are going to have a harder time losing weight. There may be specific medications you must be on in order to get your system working properly. Once you are on these medications you should be able to lose weight like everyone else.

We all know that you have to cut calories to diet. However, if you want a healthy way to lose weight, you have to know how many calories you should cut. Many people start out cutting way too many, and they quickly fall off of their diet. Diets work best when calories are in moderation, but are never cut down too far. Eating only 500 calories a day is most definitely not a healthy way to lose weight.

Another thing to consider when you’re losing is how much exercise you are getting. By including exercise in your daily routine, you are truly going about a healthy way to lose weight. You can cut calories all you want, but you are not going to get the results you want unless you get moving. Combining exercise with your reduced calorie plan is the best healthy way to lose weight.

No matter how many commercials you see for gimmicks or diet pills, remember that the best results come from old-fashioned hard work and willpower. If you find you are slipping, go out and find yourself a support group. They will help keep you on track.

    starving myself to lose weight then eat healthy and exercise after done with fasting?
    i know its not good to starve yourself but i got desperate. i tried starving myself because i tried to lose weight for two months. but i got nowhere i just stayed the same weight. i was really disappointed. do you gain weight if you starve yourself then eat healthy and exercise after fasting? im getting desperate to lose weight…i was fat all my life and was made fun of. but now im sick and tired of it. im not desperate enough to take diet pills or lipo or throw up. only to starving myself because i can actually handle it. so would it work? YES I ACTUALLY TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT BY EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING FOR TWO MONTHS. BUT IT DIDNT WORK AND I WENT NOWHERE.

    Instead of totally starving try eating 6 smaller meals a day. For instance:
    Oatmeal
    Apple
    Salad with tuna
    Yogurt
    Veggie burger
    Carrots with fat free dip

    Your probably only consuming between 800-1200 calories yet you keep your metabolism going by eating every few hours. Include 1 hour of cardio a day and dont obsess over the scale. Only weigh yourself once a week. When you come off the diet you need to be careful don’t just go back to eating 2000 cals right away. You need to slowly ease your way back to eating more. Like maybe each week add an extra hundred calories until your back to your norm eating habits. Just don’t stop working out either, its a lifestyle change!     i would seriously try not to starve yourself because you will just end up getting yourself into a situation where anything you do eat will be stored because your body will going into starvation mode and keep hold of the food you do eat. this is what my sister started to do and she had struggled with eating for years. So i suggest you stick to healthy eating and exerise for a bit longer. Starving yourself is not the way to loose weight.
