		<description>First of all - start preparing food at home not to buy junk food when you&#039;re at work. Eat five times a day - small meals with a lot of vegetables and fruit. Don&#039;t forget about drinking mineral water. You should drink about 2,5 liters every day - it helps to remove toxins. Except of water you can drink herbs, green or red tea - they have big influence on metabolism. 
Try to go to the gym during weekend or start jogging before work. 
My last advice - it&#039;s better to change a lifestyle for long term effects. It&#039;s useless to loose a lot in a very short time because after that you probably put kilos on again.

		<description>Dont diet - healthy eat.

I&#039;m not on about the atkins diet whatsoever but increase the amount of protein you eat, cut down on your carbohydrates (but not completely) eat homemade soup, drink water between meals.
Protein makes you feel more full than a meal without protein. Eat low GI foods. (glyciemic index) like wholemeal bread rather than white bread. Cut portion sizes down.
Write a food diary  - that is probably my best tip.
I am doing one at the moment and at night I sit down and assess the days eating.
Hence today I am not having so much as yesterday I ate lots (though at the time I was just nibbling here and there it added up to a lot.
Have you got any exercise videos/dvds??
Or could you go for a walk at lunchtimes??
